Art Show Proceeds

Through Foundation grants and programs, Rotarians and other contributors can help change the world. We can finance a well for a village that lacks clean water, improve the environment, or provide scholarships to educate the next generation.

The grants and programs available to Rotarians allow them to realise Rotary’s humanitarian mission throughout the world, including its number-one goal of eradicating polio.

Rotarians donate all their time and skills to their projects. This means that 100 % of profits from the Rotary Altona Hobsons Bay Art Show will be distributed amongst local and international projects.

The choice of projects for the Rotary Club Altona are guided by Rotary International’s 7 areas of focus:

  • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  • Disease prevention and treatment
  • Water and sanitation
  • Maternal and child health
  • Basic education and literacy
